Crystal Bodie-Smith is a native of New York. She attended St. Augustine’s College of Raleigh, NC, and has a Bachelor of Degree in Business Management.  She is a proud mother of four beautiful daughters. Her aspirations include helping others manage their business through social media and inspiration.  She is a catalyst for hope and a trendsetter in the Triangle. Crystal Bodie Smith is a social media light of hope for Ceo’s businesses, corporations, and individuals…Ms. Bodie-Smith keeps companies’ content fresh, entertaining, and on the leading edge. . She does social media which includes current events. Her philosophy is to help to reach their goals by utilizing their passion, skills, and talents.

Learning from the challenges she faced, processed, and endured, she is what her audience looks for and they remain loyal.  She provides strength to people who are shocked by tragedy and gives nuggets on how to persevere and press past the pain.  The mindset is to keep control, face the tragedy head-on, and not let it make lose your mind.  She inspires individuals to rely on their willpower, faith, hope, and dignity to make them stronger and let their stories impact others’ lives.

Initially, her heroes were her Dad, Mom, and brother who passed away.  From her immediate family this leaves her with one sister and her children who personally inspire her.  Otherwise, she is inspired by innovators such as:  Dennese Hopson, Eric Kelly III, Dee Dee Freeman, Oprah Winfrey, Steve Harvey, Trent Shelton, Lisa Nichols, and Les Brown.   She says “Find your purpose in life, be still and plan your next move and start there.”She helps you to set the mark, set a new belief system about enduring even if you have to be the first in your situation. Bodie Smith is recently known for her Book Final Wishes “A Transition from Life to Death. This can be found and purchased on Amazon and other websites.  She has appeared on television, radio, and in print. These include: Diamond Diva and Artiste Studio Magazine Covers for November and December.  Her story was featured in September’s Issue of Artiste Magazine.   Ms. Bodie Smith was seen recently on Cable, Internet, and WTVD news addressing City Council, on NBC National News, Life Learning Program with Nissan Communications, and Be My Guest with Shay Williams.  In the past few decades, Bodie Smith has also interviewed on K97.5, WSHA, WAUG, WRAL, Spiritual Awakening, The Les Long Show and more.   Currently, she is working on a documentary of her life story and releasing her other books.

In 1994, Smith founded Ambiance Productions World Inc. of Raleigh., Her achievements include; Founder of Nubiance Modeling Troupe at St. Augustine’s College; Produced and Directed Three Annual Collegiate Fashion Competitions; Organized Stay in School Program visits with Sony Music and other record labels for Wake County Public Schools and College Campuses; Hosted a Celebrity Basketball Game; and Coordinated “Back To the Hood Festival and Parade.” Smith has served as Entertainment Project Manager over High School Reunions and two Collegiate Tailgate events. In addition,  is accredited for co-sponsoring events via APW Inc. in collaboration for; FamFest, Bimbe, the 1st Women’s Empowerment, Raleigh, and The Coco Cola Road Show for CIAA, Winton Salem, NC.

Crystal is the Co-Founder of Capital City Hope Foundation, a Non-Profit, headquartered in Raleigh, NC since 2012.  This foundation falls under the umbrella of Crystal Bodie Smith Agency. The foundation’s mission is to bring awareness, empower the needy, influence the community, and bridge the gap so everyone can enjoy a productive state of mind.  Everything done by the organization is focused around the mission statement “Stirring Up the Gifts, Instilling Hope, and Saving Lives!”  The organization has created “The Annual Weekend of Hope Event to give back to citizens in low-income areas.  The event has been done successfully for two years in Raleigh, NC. Overall, Bodie Smith focuses on striving for success, taking one moment at a time, and not letting her losses, failures or tragedies slow her down.
